§ Mr. Giles ShawThe items eligible for 100 per cent. grant aid were extended by the 1983 regulations to communications equipment and training, travelling and volunteers' expenses. We are assessing the effects of this and the implications of a further extension. My right hon. Friend will keep the House informed of progress.
