§ Mr. John Fraserasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what reply he has sent to St. Paul's community association in relation to a letter about the St. Barnabas community centre sent to him on 23 August.
§ Sir George YoungI wrote to the St. Paul's community association on 25 September. In view of the difficulties that have arisen over the St. Barnabas community centre, which was built by Avon county council with financial assistance from the Government's urban programme, I have offered a further attempt to mediate in this matter.
