§ Mr. ChannonHer Majesty's Government, and most recently my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland, have firmly expressed our concern about the 593W difficulties in Japan facing Scotch whisky exporters. The European Commissioners who visited Tokyo last week also took up the issue.
