§ Mr. Rookerasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if, pursuant to the answer of 20 November, Official Report, column 246, he will express the figures contained or implied in that answer, relating to (a) 386W estimated local authority capital receipts and (b) net capital expenditure allocations on housing for 1986–87, using the same price base as that employed in drawing up the figures for his statement of 18 December 1984 for the same subject.

Local authority housing capital receipts are forecast to be £1,435 million in 1986–87. The details are as follows:
