§ Mr. HurdNo. Exceptionally, certain statistics were given in annex 2 of the White Paper "The Interception of Communications in the United Kingdom" (Cmnd. 9438, February 1985), but it would be contrary to the long-standing policy of successive governments to add to the information provided in the White Paper.
