§ Mr. Dobsonasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what is his estimate of the total extra income from cost improvement programmes which will be available to health authorities in 1986–87.
§ Mr. HayhoeWe expect health authorities to be able to improve upon the £150 million they plan to achieve this year but we shall not be making any estimate until we have discussed with them the plans for 1986–87 which they will be submitting shortly.
