§ The Prime MinisterThis morning I had meetings with ministerial colleagues and others. I was present at Victoria station to meet the Amir of Qatar at the start of his state visit to this country. In addition to my duties in this House, I shall be having further meetings later today. This evening I shall attend a state banquet given by Her Majesty the Queen in honour of the Amir of Qatar.
