§ Mr. RaisonI last met the Sudanese ambassador on 24 October on the occasion of the visit to this country of the Prime Minister of Sudan. We had a wide-ranging review of Sudan's present economic problems, and discussed the consequences of last season's drought in Sudan and the emergency relief operation to which we had contributed.
