§ Mr. Steenasked the Minster of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, pursuant to the reply on Monday 20 May, what specific steps have not been fulfilled by Mr. Wakeham in relation to the Devon Ray, which are preventing it being decomissioned within the requirements of the Fishing Vessel (Financial Assistance) Scheme 1983.
