§ 42. Mr. Campbell-Savoursasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if it is his intention to seek to re-establish diplomatic relations with Guatemala.
§ Mr. RentonDiscussions have been conducted with the Guatemalan Government about the possible resumption of consular relations which were broken off unilaterally by Guatemala in 1981. Nothing has yet been decided.
