Mr. Caborn askedthe Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make a new initiative to seek to ensure that the four South Africans who failed to answer to bail at Coventry appear in the Crown court in Birmingham on 5 June when their fellow accused are due to stand trial.
§ Mr. RifkindThe South African Government are in no doubt about our views on this matter. We shall continue to remind them that we expect them to honour the undertaking they gave to the court to ensure the return of the four defendants to stand trial.
