§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithTo date no directions have been issued under the relevant sections of the Oil and Gas (Enterprise) Act 1982. Arrangements for carriage of third party gas in BGC pipelines, achieved through commercial negotiations, are a matter for the BGC and the party concerned.
