§ Mr. Spearingasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he will state the programme of infrastructure work being undertaken or planned by the London Docklands Development Corporation in the royal docks area; what is the estimated cost; and if it was put out to competitive tender;
(2) on what part or parts of the land now owned by the London Docklands Development Corporation in the royal Victoria dock, that corporation has specific proposals; what they are; and when they concluded any consultation with the local authority covering any such proposal.
