§ Mr. Deakinsasked the Prime Minister if she will make it her policy to withold the approval of Her Majesty's Government from any step towards EC political integration; and if she will undertake to seek the opinion of Parliament beforehand if any such proposals are placed on the agenda of any EC Council or Heads of Government meeting.
