§ Mr. ButlerThe atomic control office (London) is part of the defence scientific staff of the Ministry of Defence. It is responsible for part of the day-to-day administration of the bilateral agreement of July 1958 between the Governments of the United Kingdom and the United States of America for co-operation on the uses of atomic energy for mutual defence purposes—Cmnd. 537, as amended.
