§ Mr. Moore21.1 per cent., assuming that he is contracted in to the state earnings-related pension scheme; 19.9 per cent. if he is contracted out. Before the Budget, the percentages paid were 3.4 per cent. higher at 24.5 per cent. and 23.3 per cent. respectively.
