§ Mr. David Atkinsonasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will introduce legislation to amend the Finance Act 1984 in such a way that, for the purposes of the assessment of tax of rent income, conference delegates are treated as holidaymakers when staying in holiday flatlets.
