§ 42. Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if Her Majesty's Government have sought to negotiate with the United States Government since 1979 any new agreements for mutual assistance outside the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation area.
