§ Sir Geoffrey HoweSince my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister and I visited Peking in December last year a number of points related to the implementation of the agreement have been discussed in the course of normal diplomatic contacts with the Chinese Government. I shall inform the House in due course of progress on the establishment of the joint liaison group and on other issues.
