§ Mr. John PattenThe Mental Health Act Commission is required, by section 121(10) of the Mental Health Act 1983, to produce a report on its activities in the second year after its establishment and subsequently every second year. We expect to receive the first such report in August this year and we shall lay a copy before both Houses.
