The Health and Safety Executive, in co-operation with the local authority environmental health department, local fire brigade and local fire authority, is preparing a thorough-going report into the causes of the fire and the precautions taken against exposure. The investigating team will draw on the expertise of Her Majesty's Factory Inspectorate, the employment medical advisory service and the Health and Safety Executive's research and laboratory services division. The report will be published.
