Since 1968, 265 people have been killed by the security forces in the course of their duties.

asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many (a) males and (b) females have been killed in the Province by security forces since 1968.

Since 1968, 265 people have been killed by the security forces in the course of their duties. 253 of these were male and 12 were female.
