§ Mr. John MacKayIn one case the relevant health board made representations to the National Health Service tribunal more than four years ago that the continued inclusion of the practitioner on the board's list would be prejudicial to the efficiency of the service in question. That case is not yet finally resolved and I therefore do not consider it appropriate to name the practitioner.
