§ Mr. John Morrisasked the Attorney-General if, under the provisions of section 36(1) of the Criminal Justice Act 1972, he will seek the opinion of the Court of Appeal on the point of law which arises on the judicial interpretation in the Ponting case of section 2 of the Official Secrets Act 1911.
