asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many tenanted houses of General Needs Housing Association houses have been sold with a discount to sitting tenants in Northern Ireland; and what proportion this is in percentage terms and numbers of the total stock of General Needs Housing Association houses.

To date registered housing associations in Northern Ireland have sold at a discount, 128 dwellings providing general family accommodation to sitting tenants. This represents 6 per cent. of the total stock of such dwellings, which now totals 2,024.
