§ Mr. Freudasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will list (a) for each local education authority and (b) for metropolitan counties, shire counties and outer London boroughs, the average percentage of expenditure allocated to children with special needs spent on (i) children educated within the local education authority, (ii) children educated outside the local education authority and (iii) the number and proportion of children with special needs represented by (a) and (b) in each case, at the latest date for which figures are available.
