§ Mr. Adleyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment, pursuant to his answer to the hon. Member for Christchurch on 7 June, Official Report, columns 271–72, if he will indicate the levels of radioactivity in the following places, using as a measuring point of 100 the gamma radiation dose rates of 964 microgray per year at national grid 10 km square SX66 indicated in his answer referred to as having the highest gamma radiation dose in England and Wales; Dounreay, Windscale, Springfields, Culcheth, Culham, Harwell, Winfrith, Torness, Hunterston, Hartlepool, Heysham, Wylfa, Trawsfynydd, Sizewell, Bradwell, Dungeness, Berkeley, Oldbury and Hinkley Point.
§ Mr. GowComparable measurements to those reported in the answer given by my hon. Friend the Member for Bristol, West (Mr. Waldegrave) on 7 June have been made throughout Great Britain by the National Radiological Protection Board.
