We shall also look carefully at the findings of the Roskill committee which the Lord Chancellor and the Home Secretary appointed to consider the law and procedure in the conduct of criminal proceedings arising from fraud. Recognising the importance of the international dimension, the Government are represented on an Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development working party studying computer-related criminality.
