Conservation objectives are already recognised in the capital transfer tax code, which provides exemption for land of outstanding scenic, historic or scientific interest, and for land essential for the protection of the character and amenities of a building of outstanding historic or562W scientific interest Woodlands may qualify for this relief if they represent an integral or primary element in either case.
