I announced on 10 June, in reply to a question from my hon. Friend the Member for Hertford and Stortford (Mr. Wells) at column 638, that we stand ready to provide up to 10,000 tonnes more bilateral food aid when we are satisfied about the arrangements to be made for its transportation and distribution in Ethiopia.
