§ Mr. Hurd[pursuant to his reply, 3 June 1985, c. 85]: No apologies have been requested or received. Irish Ministers have often made clear in public statements their abhorrence of terrorism, their sympathy for those killed or injured and their determination to help take action against the terrorist threat.
