§ Sir George YoungSince 1981–82, the Housing Corporation has financed the development costs of housing association projects within an approved development programme agreed by my right hon. Friend. The Housing Corporation's estimate of expenditure on schemes for the elderly, including leasehold schemes for the elderly, since 1981–82 is as follows:
