§ Sir George YoungThe LDDC monitors and collects information on land values realised on disposal of its own sites, but details of these transactions between LDDC and third parties must remain commercially confidential. The LDDC also receives opinions and advice from the local district valuers on the state of the land market in the urban development area, the details of which are also confidential.
