asked the Secretary of State for the Environment what progress he is making towards establishing a Londonwide computing network capable of running the London area mobility scheme for council tenants.

I refer the hon. Member to the reply given to him by my hon. Friend the Parliamentary Under-secretary of State on 16 May 1985 at column196. The terms of reference for the working party include consideration of the future arrangements for cumputing needs of the mobility schemes.
