- (i) All county courts are entitled to this publication. 276 county courts have the latest edition of the Green Book, 468 copies having been supplied to these courts.
- (ii) 165 have the latest edition of the White Book, 234 copies having been supplied to the courts so entitled.
- (iii) 73 county courts have been issued with Halsbury's Laws of England. This publication is supplied on request only to principal county courts. This level of provision was determined by the Advisory Committee on the Supply of Publications to the Courts and the Judiciary which reported in April 1984. County courts were categorised as follows:
- Basic: all courts with an office always open.
- Regular: courts with at least 100 judge/registrar sitting days per year.
- Principal: courts with at least 250 judge/registrar sitting days per year.

§ The Lord ChancellorHalsbury's Statutes of England are supplied to 94 county courts. In addition, many courts have extensive collections of Public General Acts.
There are 72 county courts currently subscribing to the Law Reports. Although records are incomplete, it is estimated that at least 40 hold a complete set.

- (i) tort—The current edition of Clerk & Lindsell has been supplied to 106 county courts;
- (ii) contract—-Chitty on Contract has been supplied to 96 county courts;
- (iii) divorce—Rayden on Divorce has been supplied to 176 county courts;
- (iv) landlord and tenant—Hill & Redman or Woodfall has been supplied to 103 county courts;
- (v) health and safety—Redgrave has been supplied to 108 county courts;
- (vi) damages—Kemp & Kemp has been supplied to 84 county courts.
