§ Mr. Chris PattenThe Department of the Environment for Northern Ireland's roads service carries out its functions on a divisional basis; within the Craigavon division it is estimated that expenditure in the Armagh district council and Newry and Mourne district council areas was approximately £3.4 million and £4.6 million respectively.
