§ Mr. LeeThe Ministry of Defence is currently not in a position to give more details of the plans to reduce its housing stock in Portsmouth, Fareham and Gosport. Ministry of Defence officials met the Department of the Environment Minister for Housing and Construction on 24 July 1985 to discuss the possibility of making available to Gosport borough council a number of houses on the Rowner Estate. A further statement will be made once detailed plans have been finalised.
