§ Mr. BiffenIt is unlikely that accommodation could be provided within the Palace for this purpose; but I understand that the Catering Sub-Committee is already investigating the possibility that, in the context of phase 1 of the Bridge street re-development, the Refreshment Department might make use of the upper floors of St. Stephen's Tavern to provide such a service on a commercial basis. I will refer my hon. Friend's question to the Sub-Committee.
