asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they have recently withdrawn from sale the land at Molesworth in Cambridgeshire on which the Eirene Peace Chapel stands, and if so why.

Disposal action was put in hand for a number of areas of Ministry of Defence land around RAF Molesworth, including the site on which the building in question stands. However, action in respect of the latter site has now been suspended pending completion of the review of access arrangements at the base.
