§ Mr. MacfarlaneYes. Anglian Water's 1985–86 external financing limit was set taking into account the authority's 1984 plan estimates of the investment needed to meet new demand, and later estimates are lower. The 1986–87 external financing limit will not be settled before late this autumn.
