§ Mr. Foulkesasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he will make a statement on recent discussions in the EEC Labour and Social Affairs Council concerning the proposals for directives on (a) information and consultation of workers and (b) voluntary part-time work stating in particular the stance taken by each EEC country.
