Mr. Freud

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) what information is available to his Department as to the incidence of tooth decay in school-age children in Britain as compared with other industrial countries; what is the trend in incidence; and whether he will make a statement;

(2) what he estimates to be the cost of treating tooth decay in school-age children in each of the last five years.
