§ Mr. Chris PattenThe Department of Health and Social Services for Northern Ireland will shortly be issuing guidelines for the next round of strategic planning covering the period 1987–92. Both the guidelines and the subsequent regional strategic plan will give a high priority to the development of health education and prevention services.
