§ Mr. Ancram[pursuant to this reply, 3 December 1984 c. 43]: I understand that six cases arising from the miners' strike have now been dealt with in the district courts; three cases at Kilmarnock, two at Ayr and one at Haddington. No cases have been taken before stipendiary magistrates.
