HC Deb 14 January 1985 vol 71 c59W
Mr. Foulkes

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland how many cases arising from the miners' strike have now been dealt with in (a) district and (b) magistrates' courts; and if he will specify the names of the courts.

Mr. Ancram

[pursuant to this reply, 3 December 1984 c. 43]: I understand that six cases arising from the miners' strike have now been dealt with in the district courts; three cases at Kilmarnock, two at Ayr and one at Haddington. No cases have been taken before stipendiary magistrates.
