§ Mr. GowThe announcement on 18 December of the provision of net capital resources for the Housing Corporation of £605 million plus estimated capital receipts of £80 million takes full account of the effect of value added tax. I shall be announcing shortly the breakdown of the Housing Corporation's approved development programme.
