§ Mr. Rookerasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if Her Majesty's Government will take steps to underwrite a warranty scheme for homes covered by the Housing Defects Act;
(2) if any progress has been made on an approved warranty scheme for homes covered by the Housing Defects Act.
