§ Mr. MacGregorIn its preliminary draft, the Commission forecast that expenditure on the aid scheme for incorporating lupins into animal feed will total about 3 mecu in 1985. It would be premature to assess likely expenditure in future years, which will depend among other things on the progress of development work on new and improved varieties.
