asked the Secretary of State for Wales if he has anything to add to his answer of 13 February, Official Report, columns 188–9, concerning the cash limit on class XVI, Vote 1 for the current year.

Excluding the Spring Supplementary Estimate (£1,000) the cash limit for Class XVI, Vote 1 is £741,489,000. I regret that, due to an arithmetical error, this was wrongly quoted as £733,489,000 in the answer which I gave to my hon. Friend on 13 February. Prior to the reduction of £10,573,000 which I announced on that date, the relevant cash limit was £752,062,000.
