§ Mr. YoungerNo. The role of the Garnock valley task force has now been taken over by the Garnock valley development executive, and the executive, supported by the Scottish Development Agency, will be able to undertake any redevelopment which may be necessary once the future of the site has been considered by British Steel Corporation.
