§ Mr. Soleyasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will place in the Library a copy of the report from the Inspectorate of Constabulary concerning the application of port powers, which was requested following the Jellicoe review on the operation of the Prevention of Terrorism Act.
§ Mr. BrittanThe report by Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary considers in detail the security arrangements at our ports and it is therefore not possible to make it available as the hon. Member suggests. But I intend to make known my conclusions on the report in due course.
